Your Role: As the CTO & Head of the Product Department, you will play a crucial role in our strategic direction and product innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for product innovation and quality, and department productivity:
    • Ensuring that the technology stack and architecture support the product strategy and meet scalability and security requirements.
  2. Transitioning the TravelOperations Product Department's perspective:
    • Shifting from individual product focus to fostering a holistic platform mindset.
    • Encompassing a deep understanding of all three core offerings and synergizing them into a comprehensive and valuable platform.
  3. Understanding Dynamics, ERP, and CRM:
    • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and industry technologies and requirements.
    • Ability to spot strategic partnerships and potential collaborations with technology partners in the industry, including Microsoft.
    • Identifying and recommending new technologies and solutions, and discussing with other internal stakeholders, such as Lead Solution Architects and Product Owners.
  4. Working strategically and tactically:
    • Collaborating with both the Strategic Management of TravelOperations and the Operational Management.
  5. Team Management:
    • Including employee development, retaining employees, and improving individual performance.
  6. Oversight of daily workflow activities:
    • Providing guidance and feedback to the team members of the full Product Department.
  7. Reporting on platform and product development:
    • Communicating challenges and achievements to the General Manager.

Your Profile:

  • You have substantial experience in the Dynamics platform, ideally with 6 years or more.
  • Expertise in Dynamics F&O, Power Platform, Datalake, and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management.
  • A passion for product excellence and a commitment to external customer satisfaction.
