CTO & Head of the Product Department

Your Role: As the CTO & Head of the Product Department, you will play a crucial role in our strategic direction and product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product innovation and quality, and department productivity:
- Ensuring that the technology stack and architecture support the product strategy and meet scalability and security requirements.
- Transitioning the TravelOperations Product Department's perspective:
- Shifting from individual product focus to fostering a holistic platform mindset.
- Encompassing a deep understanding of all three core offerings and synergizing them into a comprehensive and valuable platform.
- Understanding Dynamics, ERP, and CRM:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and industry technologies and requirements.
- Ability to spot strategic partnerships and potential collaborations with technology partners in the industry, including Microsoft.
- Identifying and recommending new technologies and solutions, and discussing with other internal stakeholders, such as Lead Solution Architects and Product Owners.
- Working strategically and tactically:
- Collaborating with both the Strategic Management of TravelOperations and the Operational Management.
- Team Management:
- Including employee development, retaining employees, and improving individual performance.
- Oversight of daily workflow activities:
- Providing guidance and feedback to the team members of the full Product Department.
- Reporting on platform and product development:
- Communicating challenges and achievements to the General Manager.
Your Profile:
- You have substantial experience in the Dynamics platform, ideally with 6 years or more.
- Expertise in Dynamics F&O, Power Platform, Datalake, and related technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management.
- A passion for product excellence and a commitment to external customer satisfaction.
